Plans have been concluded to hold the 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Guinea Insurance Plc. This is coming after The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) approved the insurance firm’s 2015 Annual Financial Reports and Accounts in a letter dated 19th December 2016 and titled “Approval for Publication of Year 2015 Audited Financial Statement”

Guinea Insurance said in a statement: “we are alive to our responsibilities ofconsolidating and strategically growing market share through decisive long-term investments and customer engagement initiatives. In spite of the daunting challenges in the operating environment, we have remained focused and true to our ideals of becoming an insurer of first choice. We will determinedly build capacity, explore opportunities within the industry and strategically set our internal processes on the path of returning to profitability.”
The insurance firm has made efforts to reassure all its stakeholders that the company is positioned for improved confidence and better service delivery by its appointment of more eminent Nigerians and professionals as members of the Board of Directors. Guinea says they are working heart and soul to see it through and through.
