According to a press release by DCP Francis Enobore, Professor for Controller General of Prison,  the authorities of the Nigerian Prisons Service was drawn to a trending video clip showing some Prisons Officers assaulting a civilian.

And consequently, the Controller General of Prisons, Jaafaru Ahmed  constituted a team to carry out an investigation into the incidence and forward the report to his office for immediate action.
