The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Friday has appointed Dr. Isa Abdulmumin as its Acting Director of Corporate Communications Department.

Abdulmumin’s emergence as new spokesman follows the retirement of Mr Osita Nwanisobi as the Director.

Prior to his appointment, Abdulmumin was the CBN’s deputy director, corporate communications department.

Dr Isa, who has been in the service of the bank for several years, is reputed to be a hard working and efficient professional and a media personality.

Nwanisobi had taken over in October 2020 when his predecessor, Isaac Okorafor, retired from service.

The new image maker has been a dedicated staff of the apex bank.
