Brand Journalists Association of Nigeria (BJAN) has commiserated with the family of late Abdul Imoyo, Access Bank and the larger media community banking sector over the death of the Head, Media Relations at Access Bank.

Imoyo, a highly regarded journalist and media manager, passed on early Sunday, December 17, 2023 after a brief illness.

Until his death, Imoyo was Head of Media Relations at Access Holding Company and was also the Publicity Secretary, Association of Corporate & Marketing Communications Professionals in Banks in Nigeria, ACAMB.

Clara Okoro, BJAN chairman, described Mr. Imoyo’s death as a great loss to the entire IMC sector, noting that Abdul’s vacuum would be felt, especially with the clear thinking and professionalism he exuded in carrying out his duties.
