African Alliance has reiterated its commitment to promptly honoring legitimate claims, showcasing this dedication by disbursing N40 billion in claims to its customers between 2019 and 2023.

Managing Director Joyce Ojemudia emphasized the company’s unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness. “We have demonstrated this commitment by disbursing over 40 billion Naira in claims from 2019 to 2023 across various business units,” she stated.

The breakdown includes Group life (N5.1bn), Individual life (N7.5bn), Esusu (N3.4bn), Takaful (N2.8bn), and Annuity (N21.4bn).Ojemudia highlighted the continued momentum in 2024, with over N1.1bn paid in claims between January and February.

She also informed stakeholders of ongoing strategic initiatives aimed at positioning the company as a leader in Nigeria’s life assurance sector, with a focus on expanding market share while maintaining integrity and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
