It was all tears for the family of Obielom in Nri, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, as they mourn their deceased wife, mother, sister and aunt, the late Nwamaka Victoria Obielom.
Speaking to journalists at the event, Njideke Loretta Ezukanma Di Nri, iyom Nwachinemere Gburugburu N’ Nri commended the deceased for the kind of life she lived during her time on earth, noting that she was a virtuous woman, a Christian, kind hearted and a woman of God with ambition, who never played with worshiping God.
“She’s a woman of faith. No doubt, she is right with God. We miss her but it’s heaven’s gain”.
She advised people to emulate her life style, adding that there is nothing to regret about because her life was well spent here on earth.
” it is just that we are missing her but she lived a practical life of a Christian with faith, but did not eat the fruit of her labour. There will be mixed feelings on the children but they should take heart.
” The pain of losing a mother is terrible. Celebrations like Christmas, Mothering Sundays, you will miss her, but i pray that God will give them fortitude to bear the loss,” she said.
