Ichida Okotu Clan supports APC, Laments Neglect By APGA

The people of Ichida community in Anaocha Local Government of Anambra State has  thrown their weight behind the All Progressives Congress (APC) in its bid to elect Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu as the next governor of the State.
They described Ukachukwu as one of them, as he is from Osumenyi which is a member of Okotu Clan.
Addressing the crowd at ichida Civic Centre, Ukachukwu  promised to dualised  roads across Okutu clan.
He promised to partner with the people of Ichida,  build power plant that will supply  24-hour power supply to Ndi- Anambra.  He assured that, if elected,  Anambra State  Primary health will be workable.
In addition, he said  he would ensure efficient creation of job opportunities for the youths, pm provision of grants to women of the state including Ichida to boast their agricultural farming output.
He reckoned that he will come again to  the people of Ichida Ward 1 and 2 as the  elected governor and fulfil his election manifesto.
“I will make somebody from ichida  a commissioner if I become governor, “he added.
Also speaking, the woman leader of  Ichida  Progressive Union, Mrs Apolonia  Osigwe advises women of Okodu  Clan to vote for Ikukuoma come November 8 2025 saying, women are the best in terms of vote casting.
Osigwe thanked Ukachukwu for fulfilling his promise to the community by installing solar light at Oye Ichida and other  strategic places. According to her,  “Ichidi  people will not disappoint him.
Contributing, the former Commissioner for Women Affairs, Chief (Hon) Mrs Genevieve Ekwochi said APC made a credible choice in electing Ukachukwu as its flag bearer in the April Primary this year.
Ekwochi pointed  out that the APC gubernatorial candidate is the answered prayer the people of the state are waiting for, adding the time is ripe for Ukachukwu to govern the State.
In his remarks, a pastor of the Redeemed Church,  Ikenna Nwokedi said Ikukuoma is somebody that keeps his promises.
He said: Please make sure you vote for APC come November  8, election, if you vote wrongly, you will suffer it  for more 4 year.”
