NYSC Enugu State cries out to state government for assistance.

The National Youth Service Corps, Enugu state command has sent out pleas to the state governor to provide assistance in terms of feeding of corp members due to the rising amount of corp members.

Mrs Nwano Ukagha, the state coordinator begged the state government to also render assistance to the scheme in providing facilities at the state orientation camp. This request was made at the swearing in ceremony of the 2016 Batch ‘B’ corp members at the state orientation camp, Agwu, yesterday.

Reports from the newly deployed members attest that except for the epileptic water supply, all other facilities were in adequate supply. Prof. Uchenna Eze, representing the state governor said that the government had taken note of their challenges and efforts were being made to proffer solutions. A total of 2,169 corp members registered in the camp consisting of 1, 201 males and 968 females.
