According to a statement by NCAA on Tuesday, the airline would also pay a sum of $150 to each passenger for the inconveniences caused them by the airline within the next 30 days.

The Aviation Authority said the airline contravened its regulations; therefore penalties were made so as to prevent such from happening again in the future.

More details about the situation would be revealed in time.
