Integrated System and Devices Limited (ISDL), a provider of electronic security solutions, has achieved Integrated Management System (IMS) certification.
The Managing Director of ISDL, Mr Oluseun Mabogunje, made the announcement in a statement on Sunday in Lagos.
He said that the certification followed a rigorous audit process conducted by Bureau Veritas Certification Holdings SAS-UK Branch.
He said that the certification was a combination of three separate certifications into a single Integrated Management System.
He named the separate certifications as: a combination of  ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) certifications with their existing ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) certification.
Mabogunje said,” In 2021, ISDL bagged the Quality management systems ISO 9001:2015, and now in 2024, with unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, the occupational Health and Safety system ISO 45001:2018 and the Environmental management system ISO 14001:2015 have been consolidated to form an Integrated Management System.
“These certifications, covering ISDL’s headquarters and branches, signify the company’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality management across all facets of its operations.”
The MD noted that the IMS certification signified ISDL’s commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and employee safety across its operations.
He said that this achievement demonstrated their dedication to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Mabogunje explained that the ISDL’s IMS certifications ensured that they followed strict quality, environmental, and safety standards throughout their entire service chain.
This, he said,  included planning and engineering of electronic security systems, acquiring necessary equipment and materials.
He added that the scope of the certification would allow it deliver equipment and materials to installation site, setting up the electronic security systems, combining different security components into a unified system.
Additionally, Mabogunje said that earning the IMS certifications demonstrated ISDL’s ongoing efforts to improve their processes and services.
He stressed that ultimately, achieving the IMS certifications signified ISDL’s focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Founded in 1988, ISDL boasts over 30 years of experience in electronic security solutions.
They provide comprehensive security system design, installation, maintenance, and after-sales support.
